  • How do I subscribe to a course?

  • How do I access my account?
  • You can access your account by signing in here: https://me.abudo.com/login


  • Why can’t I login? 
  • There could be two reasons why you may not be able to access your account. 

    1. Password might be incorrect: For this, simply reset your password
    2. Your account username or email address was different: Try logging in with a different email address or, contact us. 

  • How do I progress through the course? 
  • Once you’ve logged in and started a course of your choice, you will be presented with video courses explaining to you all about a disease. In total, each program has 16 sections, and after each section, there is a mini pop quiz. In order to unlock the next video, you will need to score 60% or higher score in the quiz.


  • Can I take multiple courses?
  • Once you register to our platform, you automatically get access to all our health courses, tools, ebook and helpful material which may make managing a disease easy. It is possible to start as many courses as you want as soon as you get on our platform. 


  • Can I practice medicine after taking these courses?
  • Our programs are meant to spread awareness while also educating people to understand how different conditions affect us as an individual and as a member of the community. These programs are for informational purposes only and should not be mistaken as a substitute for independent professional medical judgment, advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • How do I pay for my product?
  • You can purchase your product through a credit card or a wire transfer.


  • How do I cancel my order?
  • Use the contact us page to get in touch with us, if the order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order. 

     

  • What is the return policy for consumables?
  • We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased from our store. If the product was received tampered with or the seal was broken, contact us to get a refund.

  • We accept returns for a full refund on any product purchased from our store. If the product did not match the description or there was a printing error, contact us to get a refund.


    Shipping

     

  • What is the standard delivery time?
  • Orders can take up to 2-4 Business days to arrive once shipped. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. 


  • Do you offer free shipping?
  • We offer free shipping on products over $100. 


  • How do I track my order?
  • You will receive an email upon the creation of a shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
